Making a difference in Colorado

We believe the purpose of our organization goes way beyond group health insurance. We support organizations who share our drive to improve community, and a large percentage of our clients are non-profits, where every dollar we help them save on benefits goes straight to improving their mission.

Our founder Kristen Russell started Fall River with the dream of being an amazing resource for our clients, but also of creating a great place to work and serving as a conduit to those in need in our beloved Colorado community. The members of our team serve on non-profit boards, donate blood, volunteer in numerous local organizations, and dedicate themselves to causes personal to them. The company consistently donates 5-10% of its profits to local charities.

Inspiration Scholarship

Each year we award the Fall River Inspiration Scholarship to a student who personifies inspiration to those around them. While academics are an important criterion, the extent to which applicants have positively influenced and/or inspired the lives of those around them is also a major factor.

The winning student receives funds toward college tuition, and two other finalists each receive a stipend towards the cost of textbooks. The only eligible applicants are employees and/or their children, of companies who are clients of Fall River Employee Benefits.
