Is your organization looking to implement a workplace wellness program? Has your company's wellness program faded or become stale? If so, now is the perfect time to design, reclaim and refresh your wellness program. As a part of our continued webinar series, we’ll be focusing on the challenges of implementing and sustaining powerful wellness programs.

Implementing a wellness program can be attainable for most organizations, and even the smallest companies can offer a sustainable wellness program with little or no money. During our previous webinar series “Wellness on a Shoestring,” we offered some steps on how to get started:

  • Gain commitment from your leadership team

  • Create a wellness committee / Identify a wellness champion

  • Assess your worksite needs

  • Review possible programs and make decisions

  • Create an action plan, execute it, and review it annually

Starting a program can be relatively easy, but preserving a program takes energy and persistence. During our webinar, we will not only focus on different ways to get started, but will concentrate on sustaining your wellness program in future years. A few of the common obstacles to workplace wellness programs that we will focus on are:

  • Lack of Participation/Interest

  • Insufficient Time/Recourses

  • Undefined Purpose

  • Funding Challenges

In order to create and sustain a successful wellness program and a true wellness culture in the workplace, you must understand the unique challenges in your workplace and find solutions to address those obstacles. Join us on either Tuesday, May 7th at 10 am, or Wednesday, May 15th at 2 pm for considerations, tips, and examples of what we’ve helped our clients implement. Click here to register.
