Are You Still Chasing Down Paper?

The annual benefits open enrollment can often be a very stressful time for Human Resources professionals.  Some of the most frustrating tasks involve hunting down employees for their enrollment decisions and coordinating all the paperwork that accompanies them.

What if you had a system that allowed you to handle all of this online, allowing your employees to view and elect their benefits every year?  What if employees had a Mobile ID Card for each of their coverages, so all their group numbers and member IDs were securely stored on their smart phone?  How much time would that save you?

Fall River now offers an Online Benefits Enrollment system which allows clients to handle enrollments online, track employees’ decisions year over year, store plan information, and communicate with employees in an easy format.  This is a very handy tool at open enrollment, but also to manage day-to-day transactions such as new hires, terminations, and changes in coverage due to qualifying events.

Rather than filling out endless paperwork for multiple carriers, employees simply:

  • Log on with unique credentials that enable different benefits by person;
  • Verify all their personal information is correct;
  • View the description and employee contribution of each benefit offered; and
  • Make their decisions for all coverages.

This takes the employee no more than about five minutes, and frees you up to handle all of the other HR issues you face every day.

Online Benefits Enrollment can also help you meet deadlines and compliance requirements, by posting required information that all employees need to read and verify they did so.  You can securely store your company handbooks, benefit guides, carrier plan summaries and required SBCs all in one place.

Best of all, for existing Fall River clients this system is now available for only a small one-time set-up fee, with no ongoing cost.  Non-clients may also license the system at an additional annual cost.
